What is not included in the subscription?
All eIntranet modules are included in the subscription. Only selected services that rely on external technologies or hardware (AI, GPS), or that require higher capacity (data boxes or insolvency monitoring), are charged separately.
AI features
Every user receives a monthly AI credit included in the subscription, based on the selected plan. Only queries beyond this credit are charged, from €0.20 excl. VAT per 100 queries.
Data boxes above the limit
The number of active data boxes matches the number of user licences. Need more? Simply increase the number of users.
GPS units
The GPS location module requires the purchase of a GPS unit (from €62 excl. VAT) and its operation (€6.40 excl. VAT per month).
Insolvency monitoring
Each user licence covers the monitoring of 50 entities. A higher limit is available by increasing the number of users.
