Shared company bulletin boards

The bulletin board module is used to quickly communicate information that can be related to operations, warehouse, IT requirements, etc. It is a virtual bulletin board on which anything can be posted - from lunch menus to maintenance contact.

What you can use the bulletin board module for

  • For each department/team of employees, the application administrator can create a custom bulletin board that only department/team members can access.
  • Full-text search is possible between the notes on the individual boards - allowing you to quickly find what you need.
  • You can colour-code posts and change their positions - for example, so that the most important post is always first, or so that groups of similar posts are together.
  • To get an overview of the reading of posts, you can confirm the reading of individual posts or view a list of users who have already read the post.
  • For each post, you can see the time it was posted and its author.
  • When inserting or editing a post, you can choose where the post will be placed - at the beginning or at the end of the board.
  • You can easily move posts between the different boards as needed.
  • If links to websites or images are included in the post, they can be inserted directly into the post.
