Shared company bulletin boards
The bulletin board module is used to quickly communicate information that can be related to operations, warehouse, IT requirements, etc. It is a virtual bulletin board on which anything can be posted - from lunch menus to maintenance contact.
The bulletin board in eIntranet brings company announcements, events and tasks together in one place. Set up separate boards for individual teams, projects or branches and give each its own access rights.
Turn on required confirmation for important posts. A red check mark turns green once clicked, and managers can see at any moment who actually read the announcement and exactly when.
Each card can carry comments with attachments. Questions and replies stay next to their topic instead of scattered across e-mails, forming a tidy audit trail of the conversation.
Posts appear as colored cards. Predefine categories such as urgent red or info blue, or let the author pick the shade. Cards can also be dragged freely across the board.
Anyone who wants to stay in the loop subscribes and gets an e-mail whenever a post is added or changed. With a single tick, the author can also notify everyone with access to the board.
