SOAP web services for integration

The WSDL module provides a standardized interface for connecting eIntranet with external applications via the SOAP protocol. Thanks to WSDL definitions, third-party developers can easily integrate their systems without having to study internal API documentation.

Single Sign-On without login

The eIAccess service allows you to redirect users from an external system directly to a selected eIntranet module without the need to re-enter login credentials. The generated URL is time-limited and secure.

Secure authorization via WSDLAuthCode

Every request to the web service is verified with a unique authorization code WSDLAuthCode, which the system automatically generates. This ensures protection against unauthorized access to your data and user accounts.

Platform independence

You can call SOAP services from any programming language — PHP, C#, Java, Python or any other. Simply load the WSDL definition and your client will automatically generate the necessary classes for communication.

Key features of WSDL integration

  • Automatic generation of access URLs

The GenerateAccessUrl function creates a time-limited URL for a specific user and target module. The user is automatically logged in and redirected to the requested page upon opening the link.

  • Access to any module

Using the ModuleName parameter, you can direct users to any active eIntranet module — attendance, vacations, invoices, CRM, data boxes and dozens more.

  • User verification via ID and email

Each request requires UserID and UserEmail, ensuring dual verification of the user's identity. Users must be pre-registered in the eIntranet system.

  • Easy management in settings

In the WSDL module administration, you will find an overview of available services, the authorization code and complete examples of SOAP requests and responses for quick implementation.

  • Respecting user permissions

Access via WSDL fully respects the user's configured permissions. If a user does not have access to a given module, the access URL will not be generated.

  • Compatibility with corporate portals

An ideal solution for connecting to corporate portals, HR systems or other internal applications from which employees need quick access to specific eIntranet functions.

Connect your systems with eIntranet

The WSDL module in eIntranet opens the way to seamless integration with your existing systems. Allow employees to access eIntranet directly from your corporate portal or another application — simply, securely and without the need for repeated logins.

WSDL (SOAP) integration is a key module of eIntranet.net, enabling seamless integration between your company and external third‑party applications using the standard SOAP protocol. With this solution you gain fast and secure data access without the need for complex custom interface development.

  • Simple setup: Just enter the WSDL file URL and the configuration is automatically loaded, saving IT time and development costs.
  • Seamless authentication: With support for eIAccess.wsdl, you can redirect and authorize users without re‑logging in, thereby reducing password entry errors.
  • Security standards: SOAP provides encryption and digital signatures, keeping data protected from unauthorized access.
  • Scalability: The module handles hundreds of requests per second, making it ideal for companies with 10–500 employees that require reliable communication with ERP, CRM, or external payment gateways.
  • Easily managed: All calls and logs are centrally monitored in eIntranet.net, simplifying audit and diagnostics.
