Possibility to post your own links
The menu-own links module allows the inclusion of important company links as separate modules within the eIntranet menu. Thanks to this module, eIntranet users can find all important company information in one place.
Integrate your company intranet, cloud documents, work portals, or any web application directly into the left-hand eIntranet menu. Users have everything in one place without switching between browser tabs.
Each link can be opened in an iframe inside eIntranet, in a new browser window, or in the same window. Choose the method that best suits the target website and your team's working habits.
Each link has its own access settings. The administrator can grant viewing rights to specific users or entire job positions. Sensitive tools are only visible to those who actually need them.
Multiple related links can be combined into a named group. The menu stays organized even with dozens of links — users expand the group and select exactly the tool they need.
Need to pass the logged-in user to a target application? Enable encrypted credential passing using AES256. The current time and the logged-in user's email are automatically appended to the URL, encrypted with an agreed key.
