The products module enables clear and efficient registration of products and product assemblies, including all production documentation, with the possibility of printing QR codes, price control and transfer to stock management.
The Products module keeps complete records of products, materials and multi-level assemblies in one place. Each card distinguishes a simple product, an assembly, a complete product or a material, and from these you build a hierarchical bill of materials that mirrors your real production.
Let the system work out the production cost for you. It sums component prices recursively across every level of the BOM and adds labour from the routing based on the hourly rate of each operation. The Recalculate price button then carries a change in material purchase price up to three levels of parent products.
Attach the main drawing, technical files, a photo of the finished piece and 3D models (STEP, STL, DWG) through the 3D blocks section. The main drawing then accompanies the production guide automatically, so the operator always has the right documents on hand.
Generate QR labels to identify a product quickly with a scanner or a phone, either on A4 sheets or on a Citizen label printer. The Price check tool then flags products without an acquisition price, materials with no purchase price and cases where the material cost does not match the sum of the components.

Multi-level bill of materials
Build assemblies from simple products, sub-assemblies and materials. For a material you enter the cutting dimension (for example a 2000x1000 sheet) and the consumption per piece; the structure is shown clearly with indentation.

Routings and operations
For each product you define operations such as turning, milling or welding, along with their sequence, time, tool and rate. The labour cost is calculated automatically.

Custom columns tailored to production
Add your own fields — a number, a date, a company picked from CRM or a value list — and filter by them right in the product table.

Import from Money S5
Import products from a Money S5 XML export, including their composition. Components are linked by product number and existing cards are left untouched.

Copying and bulk editing
Create a similar product by copying it together with its composition and operations. Edit many cards at once — for instance change a group, a unit or prices by a percentage.

Production history and actual times
For each product you can see which orders it was made in and how much time it actually took according to work reports, so the plan is easy to compare with reality.

Transfer to stock management
Move products to the warehouse under the same number, and with the Produce function issue the components and receive the finished piece in a single step.
