Record all services and activities provided to your customers in one place. Each entry contains the date, time range, assigned worker and link to a company from CRM. Thanks to structured records, you always have a complete overview of who performed what and when for which client.

Dynamic price list with automatic price calculation

A configurable service price list with five types of units (pieces, hours, employees, flat rate, month) enables precise pricing. The system automatically calculates quantity and total price in real time based on initial and final values. You can also set a percentage discount for each item.

Invoicing documents and status tracking

Each service provided can be marked as invoiced or not invoiced. Bulk operations allow you to change the status of dozens of items with a single click. Filter only uninvoiced records and easily create documents for further billing. Excel export ensures seamless data transfer to the accounting department.
