The Transfer Sheets module is designed to facilitate the planning and organization of patient transport.

Move your paper-based patient transport agenda into a clear digital form. The Transport Sheets module allows dispatchers at healthcare organisations to quickly record new transports, track their current status and keep all patient information at their fingertips.
The system covers all common types of medical transport, including emergency medical service, emergency physician service, intensive care, transport of the injured and sick and first-aid service. Each transport can be assigned to a specific crew number according to the current roster.
As soon as the dispatcher assigns a transport to a crew, team members receive an immediate notification via SMS and e-mail. Phone calls are eliminated and the entire response time of the service is shortened.
Filter transport sheets by status Recorded, Assigned, Today, Completed or Cancelled. Dispatchers and drivers always have up-to-date information about what needs to be resolved and what has already been closed.

Complete records of patients and transports
Record the patient's name and surname, year of birth or personal identification number, health insurance code, diagnosis, mobility and contact details. All mandatory fields are validated at the time of entry, so an incomplete sheet cannot be saved.

Route planning from and to
Enter the starting and destination address of the transport, patient handover, estimated duration and additional instructions for the crew. With one click you can swap the from and to addresses for the return trip.

Diagnosis records according to the ICD
Select diagnoses from the international classification of diseases codebook. Manual rewriting of codes is eliminated and errors in reports for health insurance companies are reduced.

Filtering by crew type and centre
Display only transports for RZP, RLP, the RZP+RLP combination or DRNR. Group sheets by centre and quickly find the ones your team is handling.

My assigned and today's transports
Each crew member sees a quick filter Assigned to me and Today mine, which displays only their own tasks. The dispatcher has an overview of all rides planned for today.

Copying and recurring transports
For regular transports of the same patient, create a new sheet with one click as a copy. You save time and minimise errors when entering data.

Export to Excel and printing
All transport sheets can be exported to Excel, printed or filtered by period for billing and audit purposes.
