The wiki module provides space for structured posting of important company documents and enables easy search by defined keywords. Users can be assigned different access rights to individual folders and subfolders of the module.

  • Creation of a custom structure for posting documents according to the company's needs
  • The main structure is created by the application administrator, additional folders can be added by users with the relevant permissions
  • Users can be assigned different access rights to each folder and subfolder they create
  • Easily search for relevant documents by keywords
  • On-line access to all important company documents - directives, manuals, company procedures, methodologies, etc.
  • Links, images and videos can be inserted within the published posts.
  • If necessary, it is possible to generate a direct link to the published document/article to make it easier to inform other users.
  • Optional setting of font size, colour, font and background colour of the articles published within the module.
