The eSick leave module enables automatic processing of eSick leave of employees (eIntranet users).
Electronic sick notes arrive at your company automatically — the system monitors data boxes and immediately processes every new message from the Czech Social Security Administration. No manual transcription of paper documents, no delays in record-keeping.
The system automatically assigns each electronic sick note to the correct employee based on first name, surname and date of birth. HR staff do not have to look up or assign records manually — everything happens instantly and accurately.
As soon as a sick-leave start notification arrives, the system can automatically record the sick days directly in the employee's attendance record. When the sick leave ends, redundant entries are removed automatically. Attendance is always up to date and accurate.
Filter currently ongoing sick leave or browse the full history. Each record shows the decision number, employee name, length of absence, issuing medical facility and information about permitted walks.
