    Download the original PDF file for each sick note directly from ČSSZ. Documents are linked to data messages and accessible at any time without having to log in to the ČSSZ portal.

  • Manual adjustment of the end date for accurate records

    If the termination message from ČSSZ has not yet arrived or a correction is needed, authorised users can manually adjust the sick leave end date directly in the record detail.

  • Internal notes for each sick note

    Export the sick leave overview to Excel format or print the table with a single click. Column visibility settings let you tailor the export precisely to the needs of the payroll department or archiving.

    Set who can see their own sick notes, who can see all employees and who can delete records. Employees access only their own data, HR staff can see everyone — securely and transparently.
