The data message module allows you to work with multiple mailboxes of the ISDS system at the same time. Within the module, it is possible not only to download and send data messages, but also to electronically forward them to the responsible staff for resolution.

The Czech Data Box Information System (ISDS) keeps messages for only 90 days. In eIntranet, all received and sent messages are archived without any time limit. Retrieve any correspondence even years later – without the need to pay for the data vault service.

Integration with Czech state systems
The module is fully compatible with the Data Box Information System (ISDS) operated by Czech Post. Communication is carried out securely and in accordance with applicable legislation.
Integration with other modules
The data box module works together with other parts of eIntranet for more efficient processing of received and sent correspondence.
The module allows you to reply to a data message, forward it or display the procedure for converting it into a printed version. Furthermore, it is possible to prepare a new data message in the module only for sending, with the understanding that it can only be sent by an employee who has been assigned access rights of a higher type.
Within the module, it is also possible to receive and send postal data messages, which are the electronic equivalent of registered mail and are used for business communication of users.
Thanks to the module's connection with CzechPoint, it is possible to use a template to obtain an electronically signed extract from the Commercial Register or the Criminal Register of legal entities.
The module allows you to work with multiple data boxes at once and automatically store data messages in the system. You can only give rights to saved data messages to selected users or limit them according to the data boxes they should have access to.
It is also possible to import old data messages in ZFO format, which are saved or exported from other software, into the module, which allows data messages to be recorded in one place. You can work with data messages stored in one place for several years.
