Download, handle and send data messages straight from eIntranet. Connect as many data boxes as your company operates – no more signing in to each one separately at datovka.gov.cz. Received, in-progress, closed, drafted and sent messages sit in separate folders with counters.
New messages arrive on their own. Selected colleagues receive an e-mail copy including attachments. Weekends and public holidays can stay quiet – you decide which days of the week are skipped.
Hand a message to one colleague or to an entire job position; they get an e-mail about the assignment. The due date triggers a reminder, and notes and added files stay attached to the message. Every step remains traceable.
The data box system deletes messages after 90 days. In eIntranet they stay as long as you need – together with the delivery notes and ZFO files, meaning the original signatures and timestamps.
Based on sender, subject, data box type or attachment name, a message can be routed to its owner, copied to an e-mail address or another data box, or answered right away with a prepared file. Test any rule on a real message before you switch it on.

The module allows you to reply to a data message, forward it or display the procedure for converting it into a printed version. Furthermore, it is possible to prepare a new data message in the module only for sending, with the understanding that it can only be sent by an employee who has been assigned access rights of a higher type.
Within the module, it is also possible to receive and send postal data messages, which are the electronic equivalent of registered mail and are used for business communication of users.
Thanks to the module's connection with CzechPoint, it is possible to use a template to obtain an electronically signed extract from the Commercial Register or the Criminal Register of legal entities.
The module allows you to work with multiple data boxes at once and automatically store data messages in the system. You can only give rights to saved data messages to selected users or limit them according to the data boxes they should have access to.
It is also possible to import old data messages in ZFO format, which are saved or exported from other software, into the module, which allows data messages to be recorded in one place. You can work with data messages stored in one place for several years.

Frequently asked questions
Data files that have been downloaded to the data files module are archived for an unlimited period of time (not just 90 days, as is the case with regular data files).

Yes, it is possible. This option must first be enabled by your eIntranet administrator in the module settings. Subsequently, it is possible to specify multiple recipients when sending a data message.

To obtain a statement, it is necessary to select the sender of the data message (if you have more than one data box), select a template (extract from the OR or RT) and send. The electronically signed statement will be sent to your data box.
