This Privacy Policy describes how Schindler Systems, s.r.o. (hereinafter “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares information in connection with the use of the eIntranet.net web application available at www.eintranet.net and the eintranet.net mobile application (hereinafter jointly the “Application”).

Please read this policy carefully. By using the Application you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We may collect several different types of information for various purposes in order to provide and improve our Application.

a) Data you provide to us directly

• On registration: e-mail address, user name, password.
• When completing your profile: name and other voluntary information.
• When communicating with us: information you provide when contacting our customer support.

b) Data collected automatically (usage data)

• Device information: your device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g. IDFA, Android Advertising ID).
• Crash logs and diagnostics: information about application crashes and errors, which we use for diagnostics and to improve stability.

c) Data collected on the basis of permissions

In order for the Application to work properly, we may ask you to grant the following permissions, which allow us to access certain data or functions of your device. We use this data only with your explicit consent.

• Camera (android.permission.CAMERA): we require this permission so that you can scan QR codes and upload photos and videos. Photos and videos are not shared without your knowledge.

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the functionality of the Application.
• To personalise your user experience.
• To improve, analyse and optimise our Application.
• To ensure technical functionality and security.
• To communicate with you, including sending service notifications or responding to your enquiries.

The Calendar module can optionally be connected to your Google account. You enable this connection yourself, and we do not access any data in your Google account without the consent you grant on the Google sign-in screen. You can disconnect at any time.

• Permission scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events – access to calendar events only. We do not access your calendar settings, calendar sharing, or any other Google account data such as e-mail or files.
• What we read: event title, description, start and end date and time, location, recurrence, participants and event identifiers.
• What we use it for: solely for two-way synchronisation between your Google Calendar and the Calendar module in eIntranet — that is, the feature you switched on yourself.
• Actions taken on your behalf: because the synchronisation is two-way, we create, modify and delete events in your Google Calendar to reflect changes made in the Calendar module.
• Storage and retention: we store the synchronised event data on our servers so that the Calendar module works between synchronisations. We retain it for as long as the connection is active and your user account exists. Access tokens are stored in secure form.
• Revoking access: you can disconnect in the Calendar module settings and revoke the permission at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

eIntranet.net’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not transfer it to third parties, and we do not use it to train generalised artificial intelligence models.

We do not sell your personal data, nor do we share it with third parties for their own purposes.

The security of your data is important to us. We use commercially reasonable means to protect your personal data, but please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and the right to object to processing. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact us at the e-mail address given below.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic (www.uoou.cz).

Our Application is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we find that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it from our servers immediately.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by publishing the new policy on this page.
